As a first-year brief, I was tasked with selecting audio and creating a kinetic typography animation in After Effects. After careful consideration, I decided to use the powerful poem "Be a Lady" written by Camille Rainville and performed by the inspiring Cynthia Nixon, who has transitioned from being a renowned star to becoming an influential activist and politician.
Through this animation, I aimed to convey the profound messages of the poem, which addresses societal expectations placed upon women. By combining captivating visuals with impactful words and Cynthia Nixon's heartfelt performance, I aimed to create a thought-provoking and visually engaging experience that challenges conventional norms.
